Who We Are

The Interfaith Alliance of Central California was formed in 1997 by a group of laypersons and clergy who were concerned by the proselytizing in local public schools. The goal was to restore civil discourse. This continues to be a much needed goal.

The Interfaith Alliance of Central California (IACC) is comprised of individuals from diverse religious backgrounds.  We do not have corporate or organizational memberships. We seek to work together to fulfill our core values.

These values are:

  • Affirming religious pluralism and celebrating difference
  • Protecting minority rights
  • Defending the separation of church and state
  • Encouraging civility in public debate

Join us in promoting faith and freedom in Central California!
